Overview:
We are seeking a to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using eClinicalWorks or similar software
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with medical scheduling
- Provide administrative support to the dental office staff
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and dental office procedures
- Experience with phone systems and eClinicalWorks software preferred
- Previous work as a Dental Receptionist or in medical administrative support
- Ability to handle patient service situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with ER procedures in a medical office setting
