Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of field workers engaged in various landscaping and groundskeeping activities.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide guidance and training to field workers on proper techniques for lawn care, tree care, garden maintenance, and landscape construction.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific landscaping needs and provide recommendations on design and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and groundskeeping principles.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively, providing clear instructions and guidance.
