DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The Medical Surgical unit specializes in the care of acutely ill adults and of those who require surgery both emergent and elective. Medical Surgical patients are given the highest standards of professional care by registered nurses and nurse assistants. Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported.

Assignment details:

• Registered nurse – Med Surg/tele
• Location: Newport, OR
• Contract Type: Travel
• Shift: Days/Nights (Both available)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours:36
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of Med-surg/tele experience, ACLS, BLS, required from AHA, Covid & Flu shot.

Requirements:

• Resume (Minimum 2 years' experience).
• Skills checklist.
• NURSYS report.
• BLS, ACLS (AHA).
• 2 references (within last 1 year, at least 1 supervisor reference).
• Driver's license.
• Covid Card.
• Flu shot.
• Accepting OR license only.
