We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical (Telemetry) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques

Requirement:

BLS, ACLS required

Must have Epic experience
