Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in irrigation, hardscape construction, drainage solutions, outdoor lighting, and plant care. They must possess excellent communication and management skills to effectively coordinate with homeowners, lead a team, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee current landscaping projects from inception to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Lead a team in the installation of landscape features, including irrigation systems, hardscape elements, drainage solutions, outdoor lighting, and plant installation.
  • Manage and coordinate team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project timelines.
  • Procure materials necessary for project completion, including picking up materials from suppliers.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
  • Expertise in hardscape construction techniques and materials.
  • Knowledge of drainage solutions for landscape projects.
  • Familiarity with outdoor lighting systems and installation.
  • Strong plant knowledge, including selection, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English but not required
