• 
  Greet customers, write cost estimates to repair/restore auto body damage to pre-loss condition, negotiate with insurance adjusters, create work orders, complete billing, assist the manager with daily operations, and more.
• Handles customer complaints according to dealership policy
• Ensures customers are satisfied
• Encourages repeat and referral business
• Performs other tasks as needed

• 
  Auto Body Estimator and CCC ONE experience is required. Previous insurance company adjuster, DRP, previous auto body technician, and/or ICAR certifications are a plus!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers, employees, and insurance companies
• A team participant with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Knowledge of vehicle repair technologies
• Professional appearance
• A stable and verifiable work history
• Valid driver's license and insurance
