Qualifications:

• Previous experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs
• Certified as a Tax Credit Specialist and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist
• Hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, and leasing activities
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to foster a harmonious atmosphere among residents and staff
• Flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will:

• Ensure compliance with HUD and state housing agency regulations
• Prioritize resident and employee safety and health
• Manage contracts and oversee repair work
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws
• Assist in rent collection and tenant certifications
• Collaborate closely with property staff
