Bilingual Production Team Lead
Coppell, TX 75019
Pay Rate : $19.50.00 / hr.
1st Shift : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
Monday to Friday (possible Saturday OT)
Weekly Pay on Fridays! *
Bilingual Production Team Lead
The Bilingual Production Team Leader will assist the shift supervisor / manager in the daily operations of the production / packaging.
This role will assist in managing the team line up, start / end times and breaks in order to complete the shift production schedules.
This is a hands-on position involving directly working with the team and communicating, planning and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Production Team Lead
- Optimize resources to ensure smooth production flow to meet business demands.
- Coach, direct, reprioritize personnel as needed.
- Gather shift performance numbers and prepare reports.
- Participate in meetings where issues are identified and solved as a team
- Act as liaison between production and managment
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Championing safety and quality assurance standards.
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the Bilingual Production Team Lead
- Previous knowledge of Inventory is needed.
- Previous knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is needed.
- Good Bilingual verbal & interpersonal communication skills;ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature & consistent manner.
- Computer skills including MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Proven track record of team member training and development is needed.
Experience of the Bilingual Production Team Lead
- Completion of High School required
- 1-2 years experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment required
- Must be able to read and speak English and Spanish
Physical Demands of the Bilingual Production Team Lead
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 30 to 40 pounds.
Work Environment of the Bilingual Production Team Lead
- Regular exposure to elements such as dust, heat, cold (depending on the warehouse assigned).
