ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Licensing Coordinator. This is a fast-paced work environment.
The chosen candidate will report to the Licensing and Compliance Manager, assisting in various aspects of pest business licensing.
This is a nonexempt role, being paid$18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project and Reports Management
Works with branches on attendance or pass / fail rate for employee tests
Course corrections for branches that are struggling with their licensing efforts
Maintaining relationships with the state licensing departments
Assisting Service Professional in obtaining and maintaining required Licensure
Obtaining and maintaining Branch licensure
Maintain Licensing Databases and Reports
Enforces adherence to state licensing rules and laws
Data entry and verification
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High school or equivalent (Required)
Licensing, credentialing, or office administration : 2 years (Required)
Excellent Reading Comprehension
Critical thinking
Data management
Stress and Conflict Management
Meets multiple daily deadlines.
Detail oriented; accurate and thorough record keeping.
Handles distractions well.
Independent work and excellent time management
Adaptable to new responsibilities
Consider yourself an expert in navigating websites, databases, and Microsoft products.
Good written and verbal communication skills are critical. This includes making and taking phone calls
