As a Chef & Brewer Kitchen Manager you should be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use your natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team that truly cares about the guest experience they deliver. You will be joining Greene King, with nearly 200 years of brewing experience - pubs are in our DNA. As a part of the largest Brewery & Pub Company, you'll have many opportunities to progress, and we'll support you every step of the way.

**About the role**

The Hare & Hounds pub restaurant. Built in 1728 this rustic country pub occupies a magnificent Pennine location. Less than 10 miles from Manchester city centre yet on the edge of the beautiful Werneth Low Country Park.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who after being brand trained will be able to carry out the duties required by Chef & Brewer. They must be a team player who is not afraid to get stuck in and deal with the daily challenges that occur.
