Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the Operations Manager in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan and implement operational strategies
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas of improvement
- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest corrective actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in computer operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Operations Management

Pay: $38,508.08 - $46,375.32 per year
