The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance repairs in the community. Duties include grounds keeping, plumbing, HVAC, painting, electrical repairs and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
· Prompt and courteous handling of all resident service requests. Completes daily updates of service request.
· Maintenance of vacant apartments according to schedule
· Responsible for keeping neat, orderly and safe workshop and storage areas.
· Maintain and repair equipment such as pressure cleaner, blowers, golf carts, etc.
· Perform general carpentry repairs, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs.
· Maintain property grounds, facilities, and amenities on a daily basis.
· Performs Pool equipment maintenance and/ chemical maintenance upkeep as needed.
· Maintain and repair appliances.
· Maintain and repair general plumbing.
· Display a service-oriented mindset at all times maintaining courtesy and diplomacy with residents, colleagues, management, vendors and all external customers.
· Other duties as outlined by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
