Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Representative to promote our specialized tax and engineering services and expand our market presence. This role is crucial in driving our business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight the value of our services, including the 45L Tax Credit for Residential Properties, the 179D Tax Deduction for Commercial Buildings, Engineering-Based Cost Segregation, and the Research and Development Tax Credit.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print, social media, email, and Google Ad Campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and enhance client engagement.
  • Organize and attend industry conferences and networking events to promote our services.
  • Maintain memberships in industry organizations.
  • Ensure company provided continuing education program curriculum is up to date.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and tax law changes.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to monitor Sales Representative performance using HubSpot CRM.
  • Create monthly reports to measure and analyze all marketing efforts for all campaigns.
  • Publish a monthly company newsletter.
  • Create and maintain marketing, sales, and project management email templates.
  • Utilize HubSpot to create sequences and workflows.
  • Maintain company training guides and update as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or real estate.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot CRM and Apollo.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe software suite of products a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
