Description
Green Street is seeking a highly motivated candidate with relevant work experience to join its Data Operations Team. The Director, Data Acquisition and Partnerships is responsible for developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with key strategic data partners, as well as overseeing the framework for managing the firm’s critical third-party data and content relationships.
The Director, Data Acquisition and Partnerships will play a leading role in the firm’s strategic expansion efforts. They will oversee related third-party data agreements with national and international partners, cultivate and maintaining contacts with senior-level executives at the firm’s critical data partners, and own a growth framework that aligns all organic and inorganic initiatives in the Data Operations org, to maximize efficiency.
Collaborating with stakeholders from across the business, the Director, Data Acquisition and Partnership will lead diligence efforts related to data partnerships, draft RFPs where applicable, coordinate and/or negotiate terms for data licensing, oversee vendor risk management and introduce related policies and controls as needed to ensure compliance with existing agreements. They will provide ongoing input and direction in evaluating new partnerships/alliances, mergers, spin-offs and joint ventures. Additionally, this role will assist senior leaders in Data Operations with post-merger integration activities, annual planning and internal communications. They will participate in new product development and Go-To-Market initiatives and liaise with partners across functions (e.g., Product, Commercial, Finance, etc.) to maximize the business impact of Data Operations.

Working Conditions: The Director, Data Acquisition and Partnerships will work indoors in an air-conditioned office building and must be able to remain stationary at a desk and computer for a majority of the day.
Travel Percentage: 25-50%. Significant travel required to cultivate relationships with business partners
