Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects involving the installation of our IMPs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing all aspects of IMP projects, from initial planning and design to final production and completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IMP projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Receive purchase orders from customers. Enter PO’s into CRM system and obtain all signed documents per GSP policies. 
  • Procure materials and resources necessary for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any inquiries or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry, with a focus on building envelope systems or similar products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) and their installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
