Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships to drive sales in the rodent control and restoration services.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with potential clients to provide information on our eco-friendly methods and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Represent Green Rodent Restoration at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pest control insulation or restoration industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and green solutions is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a commission-only compensation structure.
