Duties and Responsibilities

• Contributing to the execution of personalized care plans under the supervision of Registered Nurses
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, clothing, exercising, and personal hygiene
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient behavior, health, or issues to nursing staff 
• Administering medication under direct supervision of Registered Nurses
• Facilitating activities that stimulate clients socially and mentally
• Assisting in the repositioning and transfer of patients, adhering to correct procedures to prevent injury
• Maintaining a hygienic, safe, and inviting environment for residents

Requirements: 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification will be advantageous.
• The ability to function well in a team, as well as to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Age 18 years or above
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills
• Evidence of COVID vaccination
• Capability to pass a criminal background check
• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more.
