The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating the seamless integration of new clients into our services. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and managing the initial stages of the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with documentation, and assisting both the sales and implementation teams. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
