Job Summary

Our Post Processing Lead is responsible and supports the concentrates for the kitchen and packaging.

Duties and responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of team members
against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide feedback and guidance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of consumables required for production. Ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet production schedules without excess wastage or shortages.
• Collaboration and Scheduling: Work closely with production managers to understand and implement production schedules. Ensure that the post-production team is aligned with the overall production goals.
• Quality Control: Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of products. This includes meticulous attention to labels and the final products, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards.
• Production Spreadsheets: Utilize production spreadsheets to accurately dose infused

products. Ensure that all data is accurately recorded and maintained for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

• Coordinate within departments to create lab samples to be sent for compliance purposes.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

● Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

● Previous cannabis experience
● Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery
● Current MED badge
Working conditions
● Long periods of sitting and/or standing
● Warehouse is not climate controlled
