Job Title: Prep Chef

Supervisor: General Manager

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour plus $4 to $7 per hour in tips

Summary

Prep fresh foods for daily store operations by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Wash and process produce to Green District standards
  • Cook proteins and other produce as necessary
  • Follow all proprietary recipes for house made dressings
  • Follow a "Lean" just-in-time prep model
  • Restock line during peak periods
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Wash dishes
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures

Education and/or Experience:

  • Previous cooking/dishwashing experience is strongly preferred
