Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms - Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies

- Perform floor care duties, including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

- Follow proper cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Skills:

- Previous experience as a Janitor or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

- Ability to maintain cleanliness in various areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning products and their proper usage

- Ability to operate floor care equipment (e.g., buffers)

- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks
