The sign on bonus is dependent upon your qualifications and licensing. It is paid out over time above your wage.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pest and extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans
- Use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply pesticides and other pest control products
- Provide recommendations to prevent future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and products used
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Drive to different locations to perform pest control services

Skills:
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain treatment plans
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify the source of pest infestations
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate identification and treatment of pests

Note: Pest Control Experience is not necessary. We will Train. Technician service work of any kind is a plus.
