Greeley Lock & Key was started in 1975 and has grown into the largest security company in Northern Colorado providing all aspects of the security industry to our customers. We are looking to add a loyal dedicated family oriented person to our amazing team. This person will need to be quick on their feet with the desire to take care of their customers no matter what. Laughing , joking, and having fun is a requirement. This is not a job where you punch a clock and disappear into the shadows . We are looking for someone who wants to be apart of something and be an integral part of what we are working towards. This is the most important job in our entire company. You are the first and last person to talk to our customers. So it starts and ends with you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order placement and scheduling.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on orders
- Follow up with technicians on open work orders.
- Verify work orders are complete and ready for billing and send any estimates that need to be sent
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
