Early Education Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Manage and track enrollment within our early education programs
- Log attendance and track attendance submissions in accordance with state programming requirements
- Act as liaison to parents and participating families as needed, including addressing attendance issues
- Take and distribute meeting minutes at monthly child care meetings
- Manage state program applications and information as needed
- Ensure compliance and preparation for annual audits / inspections
Early Education Coordinator Qualifications :
- Associates degree or equivalent in education or a related field
- 1 years' experience in a managerial or coordination capacity in a child care center
- 1 years' experience in direct service working in child care / development
- Basic knowledge of PA state early education programs, including Keystone STARS, Pre-K Counts, and CCIS / Child Care Works, along with DHS licensing
- 21 years of age
