Early Education Coordinator Salary : $18 - $19 per hour

Early Education Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Manage and track enrollment within our early education programs
• Log attendance and track attendance submissions in accordance with state programming requirements
• Act as liaison to parents and participating families as needed, including addressing attendance issues
• Take and distribute meeting minutes at monthly child care meetings
• Manage state program applications and information as needed
• Ensure compliance and preparation for annual audits/inspections

Early Education Coordinator Qualifications :

• Associates degree or equivalent in education or a related field
• 1 years' experience in a managerial or coordination capacity in a child care center
• 1 years' experience in direct service working in child care/development
• Basic knowledge of PA state early education programs, including Keystone STARS, Pre-K Counts, and CCIS/Child Care Works, along with DHS licensing
• 21 years of age
