If you answered yes to all these questions, you could be the Donation Coordinator we are looking for! The Habitat for Humanity ReStores seek your skills to build relationships with our local donors, screen potential donations effectively over the phone, and schedule truck routes that keep our ReStore running smoothly. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a knack for analyzing details while probing for more information when needed.
The ReStores are an entirely donation-based retail operation whose proceeds go directly back into your local Habitat for Humanity affiliate. These funds allow us to build more homes and help more people in your community.
You MUST be:
Customer service experience is a must, and any experience with Excel/Google Sheets is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone with strong communication & interpersonal skills who can multi-task effectively and enjoys talking to people.
