We're looking for the brightest and best Guest Services Agent that retains a friendly, welcoming demeanor, excellent service, and that will play a vital part in making our guests’ vacation memorable from registration to checkout.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
• Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.
