Great Smiles Dental is Hiring a Dentist Near Modesto, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients' dental issues, promoting good oral health, and providing patient education.

Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct routine check-ups and cleanings
- Assess patients' dental conditions and create treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or Epic software
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- State licensure to practice dentistry
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging for diagnosing dental issues
- Familiarity with medical documentation and electronic health records systems like Dentrix or Epic
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and medical coding
