Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Spray Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors and is passionate about the environment. You will play a crucial role in applying treatments to lawns, diagnosing and managing plant health issues, and maintaining the highest standards of lawn care.
Responsibilities:
- Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assess and diagnose lawn issues, providing effective solutions to enhance lawn health.
- Interact with clients to provide advice and answer questions regarding lawn treatments and services.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, client interactions, and any other relevant activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in horticulture or related field is a plus.
- Experience in lawn care or a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of safe pesticide application and handling.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
- State of Tennessee Category 3 Certification
