Restaurant General Managers (RGM) are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and developing a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a great experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Managers, training new employees, and fostering a positive environment. You will also be responsible for coaching, food safety management, store cleanliness, store metrics and the overall operations of the restaurant.
