What You'll Do
Sales and Customer Service
- Research and locate plant material for purchase from vendors.
- Analyze sales volume data and update vendor availability
Excel spreadsheets on a weekly basis
- Assist senior buyers with project estimates, enter purchase
orders, and print plant tags.
- Help inside sales team with answering the phone and
processing orders for pickup and delivery.
- Help manage incoming freight logistics.
- Answer customers' availability/inventory questions and
research special order requests.
- Assist customers with pick-up orders & plant material selection.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Organized with the ability to multitask
- Experience in the green industry a plus but not required.
