Great harvest bread Co in Columbia Maryland is seeking an experienced Front of the house Assistant manager to Join The Morning and Day team.

The Ideal Candidate for this job has at least 3 years of experience in Food service and Management and Must be passionate about food

• Have Experience Managing a team
• will be responsible for the owner/Manager in the day to day operation of the location
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft word and other relevant software
• Serve Safe Certified
• Good Communication Skills
• Drivers license
• Culinary degree is a bonus, but not required

As an assistant Manager your priority will be the daily success of the bakery.

your responsibilities will include:

• Sandwich Production
• Customer Service
• Billing and POS
• Organizing customer, corporate and wholesale orders
• Ensure Franchise Recipes and SOPs are Followed
• Wastage management
• Staff Training & Scheduling
• ensuring ingredient & packaging inventory is at sufficient levels to operate smoothly
• Maintain Professional Cleanliness & presentation
• Communication with Baking & Catering Team to ensure the best customer experience.
• communicating New Products, Menu changes with customers and Wholesale clients.

The Great Harvest Bread Co in Columbia is a neighborhood bakery, that's been a part of the community for almost 20 years. Specializing in baked fresh every day artisan Bread, Cookies, Scones & Cakes. Our extensive sandwich menu is quite a hit in our neighborhood and has led to a thriving catering business. We participate in 4 farmers markets over the summer

The Front of the House Team Operates from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and 9am-2pm Sunday

We are closed on Most Major Holidays

This Franchise of Great Harvest Bread Co is owned and operated by Happy Moose LLC, a family owned and operated firm, and is under contract with master franchise to open more stores over the next 3 years. Creating an automatic Opportunity for advancement and growth for all our team members.
