Join us on team Recreation this summer at Massanutten Resort. Real Escapes and Woodstone Recreation include an indoor-outdoor pool, arcade, escape rooms, virtual reality arcade and a weight room as well as outdoor basketball and tennis courts. Real Escapes/Recreation employees are involved in all aspects of running our facilities from being a game master for our escape room participants and virtual reality stations to assisting with recreation center operations and outdoor games with our guests... we offer something for everyone! We are looking for dynamic, customer service-oriented employees who want to put a smile on the face of all our guests at Massanutten Resort. We offer flexible schedules as well as a strong team-oriented work atmosphere.

Required

Must be 16 or older

Obtain CPR certification after employment

Preferred

Cash handling experience

Customer service experience

Knowledge of resort operations and procedures

Core Responsibilities

• Greet resort guests and ensure that they possess a valid Massanutten ID
• Process registrations for various recreational programs
• Assist with recreational activities such as summer games, archery, and Teen Night
• Assist with Escape Room and VR operations
• Process monetary transactions
• Troubleshoot Escape Room, VR and Arcade issues
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Schedule: Varies; including weekends and holidays. Hours: Vary.
