Great Day Improvements - Manufacturing Order Processing Lead

Serve as the direct contact for branches, the plant floor, and vendors for all types of service questions.

Main duties range; from focus on data entry, order tracking, and communication with vendors and the plant floor. Ensure proper order placement and timely order entry; communicate customer request to operations; and ensure proper shipment, invoicing, and delivery. Strive to be proficient in all aspects of the Manufacturing Department to be able to Supervise the Customer Service Team.

QUALIFIED APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING OF MANUFACTURED GOODS.

- Receive and ensure proper order placement and timely order entry for our Retail locations

- Release orders to the manufacturing floor

- Communicate location requests to operations; and ensure proper shipment, invoicing, and delivery

- Communicating regularly and completely with all departments

- Review in-coming orders for clarity and completeness

- Review order for accuracy

- Schedule and batch order to be produced

- Help Homeowners place replacement part orders

- Warranty work

- Strong organizational skills MUST be able to multitask

- Proficient is Excel

- Competent in the use of technology

- Problem solver and team player

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment

- Experience solving customer and general order issues in a business setting

- Previous Supervisory experience a plus
