Our canvassers generate leads through traditional grassroots door-to-door outreach and event promotion. This is a job for outstanding communicators who are as good at listening as they are at talking.

Responsibilities

- Attending a daily meeting in our office with the team, leads, and manager discussing the day’s plan and yesterday’s results

- Approaching homeowners in the community and at events, and speaking with them about their windows, doors, and bath products promoting our products and services, and delivering an engaging experience at the front door.

- Setting appointments for our sales representatives to provide in-home demonstrations

Qualifications

- Professional, outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic

- Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while still being a part of a great team

- Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary

- Driver's License (Required)
