YOUR LIFE AS AN ORTHODONTIC SCHEDULER

In this full-time administrative and scheduling position, we rely on you to provide exceptional patient service, ensure our office operations run smoothly, and keep our clients feeling comfortable and confident in their dental care! Much of your time is spent utilizing your strong organizational skills to maintain accurate files, as well as collect, sort, and distribute documents and messages to patients and our other offices. You also coordinate and accept deliveries and work hard to keep our office clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.

In addition to keeping our office operations running smoothly, your friendly and approachable demeanor shines through all that you do! Whether you are interacting with patients over the phone, greeting visitors, or handling inquiries, you are personable and easily foster positive relationships with those around you. When needed, you are prompt to follow up with missed or late appointments, and you keep up on collecting payments. At the end of the day, you are proud of the role you play on our team, and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in the happy smiles of our patients and ultimately the success of our office team!

ORTHODONTIC SCHEDULER WORK SCHEDULE

The office is open Monday - Friday, rotating between locations. Individual schedule may vary.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of office experience
• Can accurately type at 40 words per minute

2 years of office experience is preferred but not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this essential administrative job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
