Description

Regional Manager

At FullSpeed Automotive TM, we are a trailblazing force in the automotive quick lube industry, committed to providing exceptional service and value to our customers. As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a seasoned and driven Regional Manager to lead a team of District Managers and Center Managers, ensuring the success of our Company-owned centers within a designated area.

Role Overview: As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the operational and financial success of our centers. Your leadership will empower our District and Center Managers to uphold our standards of excellence while driving maximum profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of multi-unit management, ideally within a retail setting.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee a group of District Managers to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs, achieving maximum profitability for assigned Center Stores.
  • Resolve non-routine operational, personnel, and warranty issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead monthly District Manager meetings to foster alignment and share strategies.
  • Conduct regular center inspections, offering compliance recommendations and improvement insights.

Financial Oversight:

  • Enforce proper inventory control procedures in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and address daily Cost of Goods Sold and labor costs, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop budgets for all centers within your purview and work to achieve set goals.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements, devise action plans for improvement, and communicate progress to supervisors.
  • Implement corrective actions and recommend enhancements based on performance against budgets.

Team Management:

  • Lead recruitment efforts within your region, providing mentorship to District and Center Managers.
  • Address non-routine staffing and personnel matters, stepping in for District Managers as necessary.
  • Conduct performance reviews for District Managers, offering constructive feedback.
  • Deliver technical, safety, and service training, introducing new materials and programs to enhance team capabilities.

Collaborative Coordination:

  • Establish loss prevention systems for warranty claims, safety, and Workers' Compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR to review compensation adjustments, bonuses, and related matters.
  • Guide Center Managers to align with local ADI and Marketing Department for effective advertising promotions.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Operations policies across the FullSpeed Automotive TM organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multi-unit management, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budget development and analysis.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
  • Preferred background in the automotive industry or related fields.
