Job Details

Job Location: Grease Monkey International LLC - Greenwood Village, CO
Salary Range: Undisclosed

Description

Manages the operation of a specified group of Company-owned centers. Provides training, guidance, and support to Center Managers to ensure each center is operated in compliance with FullSpeedAutomotiveTM standards and maximum profitability is achieved.

Supervise Assigned Company Centers Operations

Resolves non-routine issues regarding operations, personnel, and warranty claims on a timely basis.

Leads monthly Center Manager meetings.

Conducts regular center inspections and recommends center improvements in compliance with company policies.

Trains Center Managers so they perform accounting and paperwork procedures without assistance and in compliance with Company policies.

Resolves POS computer problems, installs software upgrades.

Demonstrated financial acumen e.g., gross profit, cost of labor, staffing levels, P&L analysis and understanding and human resource knowledge. Experience as a center technician and at least two (2) years as center managers, preferred.

Financial Accountability

Ensures proper inventory control and procedures are followed in compliance with Company policies.

Monitors Cost of Goods Sold on daily basis and addresses any out of range costs within 24 hours.

Monitors labor and scheduling of center personnel and resolves any out of range costs within 24 hours.

Responsible for development of budgets for all centers assigned and attainment thereof.

Analyzes preliminary monthly financial statements, provides written comments and action plans for next month to supervisor.

Monitors results of all centers against budgeted predictions, develops corrective action plans when necessary, recommends improvements to supervisor when required and implements approved plan.

Communicates financial results and progress toward goals to Center Managers.

Human Resources

Recruits, directs, and develops Center Managers; discipline/terminate when appropriate.

Resolves non-routine staffing/personnel issues; fills in for Center Manager when required.

Prepares and presents Center manager performance review(s) with Company Center manager(s).

Provides technical, safety and service training; introduces new material and programs to Center Managers.

Interdepartmental Coordination

Develops and implements systems for loss prevention in the areas of warranty claims, safety, and Workers’

Comp with assistance from the HR Department.

Directs Center Managers to follow advertising promotions with the local ADI and Marketing Department.

Leads operations activities as implemented by Services to ensure consistency through GMI.
