Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Unit Food Service Manager to oversee our organization's total cost and revenue expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality across all our locations. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with various regulating agencies regarding safety, waste management, and quality maintenance.

Your Impact

• Play an integral role in turning around a challenging market

• Support staffing and training operations
• Increase sales and support growth in line with business goals

Your Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit food service management positions.
• Strong business acumen, understanding of P&L, inventory, labor costs, etc. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create
• Positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees, vendors, and customers

Your Pay and Benefits

• Competitive pay: $70,000-$80,000/year with bonus potential up to $60,000 annual bonuses (paid monthly)
