We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our charcuterie shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales and profitability
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging experience for customers
• Train, coach, and motivate store employees to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Operate well in impeccably clean, efficient, and organized restaurant environments

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Two or more years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and catering operations, including sales management, inventory control, and health standards
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using POS systems and other software applications
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees
• Valid driver's license and ServSafe Certified (preferred)
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
