Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our 2nd shift (3pm-11:3pm) team at Graystone Manor Bellmeade. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing attentive and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring safety at all times.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel or supervisors.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment by interacting with residents, providing companionship, and encouraging participation in social activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents, including light housekeeping duties and laundry.
• Follow established care plans and protocols tailored to each resident's specific needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or nursing assistant training preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar caregiving role, preferably in a personal care home or assisted living facility.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when interacting with residents and their families.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in various situations.
• Understanding of basic medical terminology and ability to follow care plans accurately.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and perform necessary tasks.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Clear background check, physical, drug screening and TB test required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
