The Front of House Manager position at our restaurant is an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires someone who is energetic, organized, and has a passion for the sports bar atmosphere. As the Front of House Manager, you will oversee the dining and bar areas, as well as manage the front-of-house staff. Your responsibilities will include coordinating reservations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Have knowledge of food and beverage service with at least 2 years of F.O.H operations
• Possess basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 50 lbs.
• Must have stamina to work 50-60 hour work weeks

Responsibilities * Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs comprehensively.

• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive, and courteous service consistently.
• Address queries and complaints, referring them to Management Staff when necessary.
• Oversee customer flow in the Front of House Area.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, and facility appearance through employee training and fostering a positive working environment.
• Control cash and receipts according to cash handling policies and reconciliation procedures.
• Make employment and termination decisions as required.
• Fill in where necessary to maintain guest service standards and operational efficiency.
• Continuously develop Front of House Staff for advancement opportunities.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork promptly and orderly.
• Oversee compliance with employee performance review policies.
• Schedule labor according to business needs while meeting labor cost objectives.
• Administer corrective action for policy violations promptly and consistently.
• Comply with federal, state, county, and local regulations pertaining to health, safety, and labor.
• Assist event coordination as necessary.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty shifts and responsibilities as needed.
