Jewelry Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and styles
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and pricing new merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic technical sales skills, including the ability to operate electronic point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
