The Maintenance Apprentice is an entry-level position in the Company’s building and grounds maintenance program with high upside potential. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the proper condition of multifamily properties and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents. The role offers excellent paid training to those who aspire to enter the maintenance field but who have little or no prior experience, and apprentices will have the opportunity to become full fledged maintenance technicians within 18 months. The Maintenance Apprentice position is a full-time role estimated at 40 hours per week. The base pay for this position is $21 per hour. Full-time employees earn 12 days of PTO per year, 9 company holidays per year, and options for health insurance (Harvard Pilgrim) and dental/vision insurance (Delta Dental and Delta Vision) plans.
