Gray Metal Products, Inc., a family owned business started in 1906, is a full line manufacturer of heating and air conditioning products.

For several decades, Gray Metal Products line has been sold to the wholesale distributors and wholesale hardware chains. Our product lines consist of prefabricated air duct and fittings for HVAC, black stovepipe and fittings, as well as hearth accessories and insulated flexible air duct products.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the assigned departments.

· Planning and scheduling of assigned department’s production needs.

· Coordinate material transport between the factory and the warehouse.

· Implement a plan to reduce product damages during, and after material transport to the warehouse.

· Ensure Leads, and staff are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

· Work with Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance within company standards, also Federal and State policies, OSHA compliance.

· Analyze production data for accuracy.

· Maintain inventory in all assigned department while monitoring waste of raw materials, and time.

· Maintain effective Quality Control program.

· Build strong relationship with department staff.

· Other duties as required.

Production Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Production Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and ERP/MRP software.
• Understanding of safety regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
