Job Description

Order Management Specialist is primarily responsible for serving as the first point of contact for processing manual orders including reviewing EDI orders from our customer base in addition to resolving Order Management issues and serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Education Diploma required
• 1-3 Years Customer Service experience in non-retail environment (Consumer Product Goods and/or Pool & Spa environment preferred)
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Strong Customer Focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Associates degree in related field preferred.
