Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify key selling points
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information

Qualifications:

-Must live in Wisconsin
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
