We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will work with sales teams, management, and other Grapevine Designs support staff to ensure accurate month-end closings and oversee the logistics of project shipments.

Duties

• Serve as a liaison between senior management, fulfillment, and sales teams to ensure and maintain proper lines of communication critical in addressing issues requiring immediate attention, including (but not limited to) overseeing the logistics of project shipments.
• Manage timely and accurate month-end closings with financial reporting activities, taxes and fees.
• Work directly with Account Receivables to conduct month-end reconciliation and dispute any variances.
• Maintain records for e-commerce stores and work with Accounts Receivable to ensure all funds are captured.
• Demonstrate discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is preferred.
• A familiarity with shipping, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to work proactively and resourcefully, removing potential obstacles or developing solutions for any problems that arise.
• The ability and willingness to learn with a positive, friendly, and diligent attitude.
• Proficient communication skills to provide clear, concise feedback and direction among the team.
