Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front of house operations, including managing staff, scheduling/call outs and customer complaints
- Train and supervise while working along side front of house staff to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless communication and efficient service
- monitor stock levels
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
-Serve customers alongside the rest of the staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Toast POS or similar restaurant management software
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
