As a Patient Service Representative at Granger Medical, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Most shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a predictable schedule and work-life balance. What you need to be successful
